For this early twentieth-century Tudor-Norman style house in Oklahoma, the designer took a traditional-with-a-twist approach to the interiors. Lucite tables, persimmon-colored upholstery, and curtains trimmed with bold embroidery strike a note of the unexpected amid classic antiques and furnishings. Most memorable of all is the dining room, where in lieu of the customary scenic wallpaper, the designer commissioned an atmospheric landscape mural painted by Atlanta artist Michael Dines.
